The DVD is fabulous! Informative and easy to watch. It's a great primer for those on the gluten and/or dairy free diet, and you get great recipes, too. I recommend this to my patients who are on the diet or who are cooking for loved ones on the diet. Anyone who is beginning the diet needs to have this on their shelf as a resource.

When the cornbread was done I cut it up into small pieces so everyone would get a chance to try it. Then I harassed everyone to try the cornbread. Everyone had the same opinion. AMAZING! This was great cornbread! The texture was just right, not crumbly and not "sticky" either. The whole basket of bread was gone by the time dinner was over, gobbled up by the eight people we had present.

Out of this world. Possibly the best pumpkin bread I have ever eaten. Every single person who ate the bread loved it. My niece, aunt, grandmother, mother, my little Peanut. Everyone! It was gone as soon as it was cut and sliced.

The waffle & donut mix were so fabulous that we made our choice without even baking the pumpkin bread. The mix is very versatile and I believe that parents will try the mix for both the donut holes and waffles. This was the closest gfcf product I've ever tasted to one of our family's favorites. We tried it different ways, including dipping in confectioners sugar after being made into waffles.
We welcome this new addition to our Yummi Snack Pak.

I haven't eaten a doughnut in years, even before I realized I had intolerance. But I suspect there will be more doughnut holes in my life now that I've found one free of the two main allergy foods. Yes. As unbelievable as it may seem, these doughnut holes are also dairy free. There is a God in heaven folks.

I just made your cookie bars with chocolate chips and I have to say they are the best “blondies” I have hade since I was a child! We also had fried haddock coated with your cornbread mix. It was delicious! Your products are high quality AND delicious. I will be a repeat customer.

We don't know if you are celiacs, but you do make wonderfully moist products for those of us who are. Loved your pumpkin bread and am saving your sponge cake mix to make Triffle for Christmas.

I happened to be at the Celiac Sprue Assn conference in Tucson this Fall when I came across your table in the vendor section. I was tickled to meet someone from NH and VERY impressed with the pumpkin bread.

I really like the Little Bay Baking mixes. The directions are easy to follow, and even though they are gluten free, they don't taste like it. The pumpkin bread is moist and flavorful, and the sponge cake is light and delicious with strawberries. I like to keep their mixes on hand so when my friends and family members with gluten intolerance come over, I have something to offer them that we all can enjoy.
