Moist and flavorful our sponge cake is a big hit with berries and cream or ice cream and chocolate sauce.

Add water and eggs to make a 10" sponge cake

Ingredients:
Granulated sugar, rice flour, potato starch flour, tapioca flour, potato flour, baking powder, salt, dry vanilla.

Suggestions:
Add lemon extract and lemon peel to make a delicious variation to serve with sorbet or ice cream. Add 1 Tbs gluten free nonpareils to the batter before baking to make a cake filled with bursts of color for your next birthday party. Can be glazed or frosted.
